Smoked for 20 plus years, One session with Sarah & now coming up to 100 days smoke free! Not even thought about it since!

I was a definitive cynic and wasn’t convinced anything would help me quit smoking, but I’m amazed at how this has worked. It has changed my life and I highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah is a miracle worker. After multiple miscarriages, the loss of a parent I was pretty stressed. Reflexology helped with my piece of mind and helped me conceive my beautiful baby.

I continued treatment throughout the pregnancy to help with stress and water retention and it also helped induce my labour, I went into labour after hours of having Sarah use those points during my treatment. Sarah is fantastic highly recommend.

With some trepidation I went along but I am so glad I did. I now make healthier choices and look forward to my three healthy meals a day. I chose to remove some things from my diet and I have not looked back – chocolate being a biggie. Not touched for 4 weeks along with wheat! I feel so much better at long last.

I went to see Sarah in October. I was desperate to lose weight, but had no willpower to stick to any diets. To be honest I didn’t really believe in hypnosis, but I thought I’d give it a try anyway… I’m so glad I did! Sarah was amazing, she really helped a lot.

I decided to visit Sarah to have a hypno-gastric band. Sarah puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. Session one was amazing and relaxing especially after a stressful day at work! That week I changed my eating habits without any problems at all. I went on to lose 2.5lbs.

Session two was going to take me back to a very very personal place when I had a still born little girl.
