I am honoured to have received a Lifetime Membership to the Association of Reflexologists.  The Lifetime Membership Award is bestowed to a small distinguished group of individuals who are recognised for over 30 years of continuous professional membership to the Association. The Association is the foremost professional association for Reflexology in the UK providing support for more than 5000 members across the UK and overseas.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can help with relaxation and wellbeing. It is based on a theory that different points on the foot correspond to different areas of the body and the therapist works these points and areas to bring these areas into balance and so aide the body to work as well as it can.

Reflexology helps your body to restore balance naturally. After treatment, you may find tension reduced, and feel relaxed. You may sleep better and your mood improved. Reflexologists do not aim to cure, diagnose or prescribe.

First appointment with consultation – £55

Subsequent appointments – £50

An introductory discount is available for a first course of six treatments of Reflexology, booked and paid for in advance - £270

  • At your first session, I go over a full medical and lifestyle consultation with you…this is then followed by your first treatment.

You will be asked to remove your socks and shoes. I will then use my hands to apply pressure to your feet.

  • After your first treatment, you may find yourself feeling headachy or nauseous – this is completely transitory and is your body releasing toxins from your body and is part of the healing process.

From your second treatment on, you may find your body responding in a positive way. Many clients have said they feel very relaxed and calm.
